The East Jolly Ranch is located in the north-east portion of Clay County, 2.5 miles east of Jolly, 10 miles East of Wichita Falls and approximately 2 hours northwest of Ft. Worth. The Ranch is accessed off the north side of US Hwy 287 and the west side of Herring Road.

The ranch is mostly moderately wooded mesquite pasture with scattered cleared areas that boast high quality native grasses. In addition to the native grasses, there is approximately 560 +/- acres of improved grasses, which consist of B-Dahl, Klein, Side Oats and Alamo Switch Grass. The terrain is rolling with moderate elevation changes and several high elevation points that allow for panoramic views. There are several wet weather creeks that traverse the ranch.
