Boone Ranch –  480 Acres

The Boone Ranch is a desirable tract conveniently located in northeast Young County. It’s densely wooded with primarily oaks, has great elevation change, offers great views, has Brushy Creek frontage and is covered with wildlife. A rare feature is that 100% of the minerals are still intact and are available!

The majority of the land is densely wooded with oaks and other various types of hardwoods. Mesquites are minimal, but are throughout the ranch.
