Located in the northwest portion of Jack County, 15 miles northwest of Jacksboro and just a short hour and a half drive northwest of Fort Worth.

The land is primarily heavily wooded with oaks and scattered mesquites. The terrain is gently rolling across most of the ranch with good elevation change. There is a ridge along the western boundary and a large rock hill at the southeast portion, both offer tremendous views. Surface water consist of 1 stock pond. There are several ideal locations for additional stock ponds. The interior roads are consider to be in average condition and adequate to navigate the property.

The property is accessed by a private deeded road off of FM 2190 with an electric gate. The road is an all-weather gravel paved road, very similar to a typical county road. It is currently in the process of being built as it will not show up on aerial mapping systems.

Electricity is available across the north portion of the property. There are no water wells on the property, but there are several homes in the area that are service by well water so, it should be easy to find.
